ENROLMENT OF CRIMINALS
United Press Association —Copyright PAKIS, Nov. 8. Eleven hundred convicted criminals have been enrolled in different French regiments under the conscription law of October, coming into contact with respectable youths. The Minister of War has determined to ask Parliament to sanction reforming this state of things.
