The judge in the Kiel trial complained that besides the disappearance of documents from tile official dossier there had been .surreptitious substitution of others, intended to nullify the effect of the genuine ones. In view of the national indignation, the Kaiser is perusing verbatim reports cf the trial, frequently with Admiralty officials.
