There is friction between St. Petersburg and Vienna through Baron Aehronthal’s newspapers 4>ng that M. Jn.volsky (Russian der for Foreign Affairs) agreed lx diarid to the annexation of Bosnia. L Involsky repudiates the allegation and adds: “I am willing to publish all the corrrvpondence affecting the European situation, starting with the agreement of 1897, but perhaps it would not be convenient /to ether Powers besides Russia.” ...
