Wang, (. interviewed by a “Times” reporter), said that the pr€sence of Chinese citizens in Napier was proof of their right to participation in the municipal advantages to which they, as ratepayers, contributed. .JNo country in the world objected to privileges being enjoyed by all c dizens of whatever color or condition, p vided thev observed the law.
