Lord Lorebiirn deliAtered the Lords’ judgment in the case of the British Ore Concentrating Company versus the Minerals Separation Company. The Judgment AA'as in favor of the latter company, with all costs. Lords Halsbury, Ashbourne, Atkinson, and ShaAv concurred.
SYDNEY, Nov. 19
The Separation Company, Limited, appeal case, mentioned in the cables; refers "to what is known as the Elmore patents case. The judgment reverses the finding of the Lower Appeal Court, and restores the judgment of Mr. Justice Neville. It has also been announced that the patents of the Minerals Separation Company, Ltd., are no infringement of the Elmore patents.
