NEW YORK. Nov. 22.
The Washington Government is dissatisfied with Nicaragua’s explanations as to the execution of two Americans. The American Vice-Consul at Managua declares that the execution was due to President Belaya’s .personal enmity to one of the executed men. The State Department at Washington appears tq hold that the men were engaged in a legitimate act of warfare. -The cruiser Tacoma has been ordered from Cuba to Cristobal where she will be available, if necessary, to transport marines from the canai zone. The gunboat Marietta has been sent to. Port Limon.
