THE NAVAL DEFENCE BILL.
MERELY PROVIDES FOR A DREADNOUGHT.
/ (Special to “Times.”) WELLINGTON, Nov. 23. The Naval Defence Bill simply provides that the Government may enter into, a Contract for building a ship of war, 'and equipping the same, in the United Kingdom at a cost not to exceed two millions.
