rpiju Press Associationt.l DUNEDIN, Nov. 23. In the Magistrate’s Court to-day, Mr. Widdowson, S.M., gave judgment in tho claim by the Commissioner of Taxes for £34 9s 9d from G L. Denniston for .income tax. Tho defendant is agent here for certain non-resident traders, and was assessed in tliat capacity His Worship hold that the defendant was liable, and gave judgment for the plaintiff. Notice of appeal was given.
