ENTERTAINMENTS

PATHE PICTURES. Owing to the inclement weather there was only a moderate attendance in His Alaiesty’s Theatre last night for tho final performance of the present programme of the Pathe Pictures. To-night a complete change of programme will be screened. The star film “Under the Flag” is taken from the drama of the same name, and amongst several star subjects this naturally takes precedence. “Scenes in. Andalusia” is the star scenic, and combines splendid photography in tone coloring with a brilliant display of scenery. The sensational picture “His Duty”’ is also included in this week's, bill of fare. “Alanufacturing Barrels” shows the process of barrel making from shaping and cutting the staves to delivery at the brewery. Lovers of ■: the spectacular aro catered for in “Reedham Boys at Festival Drill, 1909.” “Eloping with . Auntie” is most amusing, as well as being a novelty in. the comic line. The variety is such that none will be disappointed, and a, long list of pictures includes “The Farmer's Grandson,” “Willie and the Water Can,” “The Infant Terrible,” “Thera’s Wedding Breakfast,” ‘“Boating on the Hudson.”
