The New Zealand Shinning Co.’s Ruapehu arrived at Plymouth on AYednes'day from New ( Zealand. The s.s. Hinemoa will leave AYellington to-dfiy on her southern 'lighthouse trip, calling at Lyttelton, Dunedin, Bluff, CampbelKlsland, and AV-est Coast Sounds and bays. Kaeo arrived at Auckland at' 5 o.m. to-day. nhe left Gisborne on the 17th November, at 8 p.m. Worked to Tologa. Waipare, and partly Tokomaru on ISfch, and on Friday, 19th, finished Tokomaru _ and partly AYaipiro. On the 20th finished AVaipiro, 'and worked Tuparoa and Port Awatjui: then came on to Hick’s Bay, arriving there on 21st, and owing to strong westerly .winds was compelled to shelter there till Wednesday evening. 24th. On the 25th worked Potikirua, then came back ad worked Horoera and Te, Araroa on the 26th. On Saturday, 27th. worked AVhangaparau, also Oreti Point and Raukokore. On 23th ‘ worked Maraenui, AVhitianga, Omaio, and Little Awanui, ..and on Monday, 29th, went back to AVhanga•oarau to pick up Mr. R. Jordon, who •had been wounded- with a pea rifle, and conveyed him to Opotiki. The same evening started back for Te Kaha, and • worked there, also AVaiore. Kaikatati, and Paliaoa on the 30th, and left for Auckland at 7 p.m. the same evening, arriving there on Thursday, 2nd. December, at 5 p.m., with, two passengers . and a full cargo.
