Resenting criticism of his Avife’s singing, Mr. Kennerly Rumford boxed the ears of the “Time’s” critic, Mr. Collis. in the vestibule of the Queen’s Hall. Mr. Rumford refused the “Times’ ” demand for an apology, alleging that the so-called criticisin Avas one of a series of 1 attacks. Mr. Collis has commenced Police Court proceedings.
