THURSDAY AFTERNOON: Piano Solos! for Juniors. THURSDAY NIGHT: Brass Instrument Solo and Male Quartettes. FRIDAY NIGHT: Choir Contest and rendering of test piece by Massed Choirs. The .judges’ decisions in the various sections will bo announced the evening following- the competitions in each class. THE GRAND ART UNION will be drawn at 9 p.m. SATURjDAY NIGHT. Tlie First Prize is a valuable carved sideboard, and there .are numerous other prizes. TICKETS. One Shilling each, obtainable from Members of the Committees. LATE TRAIN Saturday Night. This Exhibition is unique in the history of Gisborne, and as the object is for the purpose of obtaining new instruments for the City Band, it is confidently anticipated that the affair will be liberally patronised by the general public. In connection with Art and Curio Exhibits, the Committee will be ready to receive these any time- after noon on TUESDAY: In order Hi at the work of preparation may be facilitated, those exhibiting Art and Curios are kindly requested to bring them to the Hall as early as possible- after the above time. If any are unable to send their Exhibits on loan they are requested to telephone Exhibition No. 460, when such will be sent for. Ladies' Fancy Work will be received on WEDNESDAY MORNING, from 9 a.m. until Noon, both in the competitive and exhibition sections. In connection with the Art Union, all Butts of books sold are to be returned by TO-NIGHT, and all books, whether sold or unsold, must be in ny THURSDAY NIGHT.
