To start at 12.15 p.m . 2. MANGATU HURDLES HANDICAP, of £l2 10s; second horse to receive £2 10s out of stake. Distance, li miles; over 6 bights of hurdles 3ft 6in high. Nomination 12s 6d, acceptance 6s. To start at 1.15 p.m. 3. MAIDEN SCURRY, of 5 sovs. Distance, 4 furlongs. Catch weights. Winners at any time barred. Post entry, 7s 6d. To start at 2 p.m. 4. WHATATUTU CUP HANDICAP, oi 20 sovs; second horse to receive 3 sovs out of stake; third horse 1 sov out of stake. Distance, 1£ miles. Nomination £l, acceptance iOs. To start at 2.45 p.m. 5. PONY HANDICAP, of 6 sovs; second horse to receive 1 sov out of stake. Distance, 6 furlongs. For ponies 14.3 or under. Post entry 9s. To start at 3.30 p.m. 6. FLYING HANDICAP, of 10 sovs; second horse to receive 2 sovs out of stake. Distance, 6 furlongs. Winner of Cup to carry 71b penalty. Nomination 10s, acceptance ss. To start at 4.15 p.m. 7. CONSOLATION HANDICAP, of 6 sovs; second horse to receive 1 sov out of stake. Distance, 7 furlongs. All winners at meeting barred. Post entry, 9s. This meeting is run strictly in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the Poverty Bay Unregistered Racing Association.
