rpim Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH. Dec. 8. The late Mrs. "White’s estate has been sworn at £50.000. She left £2OOO to build a Roman Catholic Church at Sum. ner ’ £3OOO for the Roman- Catholic Cathedral fund, and £IOOO for other religious purposes. Annuities amounting to £I7OO were left to her children and sisters. The residue of the estate is devoted to orphanages unaer the control of the Roman Catholic Xhurcli, but not for Roman Catholic children onlv. The income of the residue will be increased by accumulations duiing the next five or six years. The actual value of the estate has not been definitely settled.
