The latter union lias issued a stirring manifesto against the Government candidates. In (the notion -before the King’s Bench against Mr. Gladstone, the Home Secretary, and the governor Of Birmingham prison, on a charge of forcibly feeding suffragists, a veidict was given- for defendants, with costs.
