LOCAL EXPORTS. Tlie following figures show the values of the products exported from Gisborne from November 16 to 30: —Butter, 276 cwt., valued at £1417; hides, 44, valued at £45; skins, all kinds, 599, valued at £113; tallow, 3 tons, valued at £75; wool, 255,9551 b, valued at £SB63. For the month of November, 1905,. the total of the principal products exported from New Zealand was £861,541, and for November, 1909, £1,070,462; while for the eight months ending November 1908, the total was £7,561,677, as compared with £9,732,438 for a similar period tliig year.

The shipment of butter by the s.s. Ruapehu arrived in good condition., also the shipment of cheese. The average price of choicest New Zealand butter .is 112 s, Australian 10Ss, Danish 1245, Siberian 110 s, Argentine 110 s. '. The cheese (market is quiet, with a tendency in favor of buyers.
