Late on Wednesday evening the Anchor Co.’s Alexander arrived from Westport, and yesterday discharged 280 tons of coal. -She got away again last evening for Wellington. • The scow Alert sailed for Ngunguana yesterday morning to load coal for Auckland. , . , The U.S.S. Co.’s Flora, winch was to have left Napier at 4 p.m. yesterday did not leave there until midnight, and will not arrive before 8 this morning. The last launch has consequently been altered from 9.30 a.m. until 2 p.m., when she leaves for Coast bays and Auckland. The U.S.S. Co.’s Mokoia arrives from South to-morrow morning, in place of the Waikare. She leaves for Auckland later, and connects with the Malieno for Sydney. The Tuatea leases the wharf at 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. , The U.S.S. Co.’s Tarawera returns 'from Auckland on Sunday afternoon, and ’proceeds later for South. The Tyser liner Nerehana arrives on January 4th to load for London. The New Zealand Shipping Co.’s chartered steamer Anglo-Saxon arrives early this morning from Auckland to load for London.
