PRESENTATION OF £IOO.

I Pee Pukes Association.! WELLINGTON, Dec. 18. . Air. Massey, leader of the Opposition was presented with a cheque for £IOO last night, at the supper adjourn- , ment. This was the result of the recent testimonial, which had been closed when it reached £IOOO, but subscriptions have continued to come in. Mr. Lang, M.P.. who originated the movement, asked Mr. Allen, M.P., to make the presentation, which the latter did in a few appropriate words. The health of Mr. Massey was orunk with musical honors. Mr. Massey returned thanks for the cheque, which he considered an expression of goodwill, not only to himself, but to the loyal band of supporters in the House.
