CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 2. Geo. Cousins, aged 40 years, _ a laborer, married, employed at Cooksley s brickworks. Opawa, met with a ratal accident whilst undermining, a facing at clav, which collapsed, partially burying him. He was immediately extricated, but succumbed half an hour after from internal injuries.
