(Jnvkp Piiubb Association— Cofybight (Received December 22, 10.35 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 22.
At a special meeting of the London Chamber of Commence, SJir Albert Spicer reported that-a warm welcome, had been given by -Australia to the Chamber of Commerce delegates. He considered -the Australian methods of conciliation in industrial disputes more drastic than the British, and that the demarcation between capital and labor was greater in Australia than in Britain. He greatly regretted that the delegates had no opportunity of coming into closer touch with the Labor party.
