RULES AND REGULATIONS. No entry will be received for any Race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising shall be decided by the Judicial Committee, or whom they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. When nominating, the name of the trainer must he given so as to enable same to appear in the race books. The attention of owners and trainers is drawn to the regulation made with reference to payment of jockey’s fees, viz.: that a sum equal to the amount of the losing mount must be deposited with the Jockey’s Fee Steward before the horse can be weighed out.
