Malcolm and Co. report the'following prices obtained .at their? sale- on Friday morning: ters Is Id to 2s 6d, hens ls.Bd to 2s sd, ducks 2s to 2s 6d, chickens lOd; turkeys' 6s 3d to 10s,': pears and apples 2d, beans Is 3d a peck, potatoes Id to lsd, apricots 5d lb, plums 2d, peaches 5s a half-case, small vegetables at usual quotations. Messr Miller, and Craig report, as follows :—Chickens lid to Is 3d, hens Is 6d to 2s, ducks 2 a to 2s .Id, young turkeys Is sd, butter lOd, potatoes Id, eggs Is 3d, ham Bd, 'cabbages 3s a dozen, rhubarb 6d bundle. , LONDON WOOL SALES.' On Friday the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., reA ceived the following cablegram from their London office: —“Re wool: As compared with last sale’s closing rates, prices are higher about 5 per cent. for. medium greasy crossbred and coarse greasy crossbred.” HOME MARKETS. llnitko I'iur.es Association — Corvuiain (Receved Dec. 26, 5,5 p.m.) . Hides are in little demand, and prices are unchanged. Rabbits are quiet and prices unchanged, with, a very poor trade. Hares: No Continental demand.
