The attention of owners and trainers is drawn to the regulation made with reference to payment of jockey’s fees, viz.: that a sum equal to the amount of the losing mount must be deposited with the Jockey’s Fee Steward before the horse can be weighed out. No horse permitted to start until the Jockey Accident Fund Fee has been paid.
