A private cable announces the death in London of the Chief Justice, Sir Frederick Darley. (Received January 6, 12.5 a.m.) Flags were lialf-masted to-day on account of the death of Sir Frederick Darley. A special Gazette has been issued expressing deep sorrow at his death, and appreciation of his long and distinguished services to the State:
