PERSONAL.
Mr C. E! Armstrong, Resident Engineer of the Public Works Department, who has been in Wellington, is expected to return to-morrow morning. Mr Robert Hav. of Dunedin, engineer to the Borough Council in connection with the waterworks contract, will probably arrive from South on Wednesday next in connection with the completion of the work.
