Hack Definition.—No horse shall be eligible to start in a “Hack" race which has won a race to the value of 100 soys. or races of the collective value of sovs. at the time of nomination. The amount won by any horse in fiat races, hurdle races, or steeplechases respectively shall not render such horse ineligible except in the special class of race in which it has won such amount. RULES AND REGULATIONS. No entry will be received for any Race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising shall be decided by the Judicial Committee, or whom they may appoint, and their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. The attention of owners and trainers is drawn to the regulation made with reference to payment of jockey’s fees, viz.: that a sum equal to the amount of the losing mount must be deposited with the Jockey’s Foe Steward before the horse can be weighed out. No horse permitted to start until the Jockey Accident Fund Fee has been paid.
