Hakki Bey has re-formed the Turkish Cabinet. The offices of Sheik ui Islam and Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Finance, and Public Works remain unchanged, Shevket Pasha becomes Minister of' War. Kopasses Effendi, a Greek, takes change of mines and forests.
