A WORLD’S SPEED RECORD. United Prkpb Association—Copyright (Received January 14, 12.35 a.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 13. During an aviation week at Los Angelos, California, Mr. Glen, on a Curtis biplane, made a world's speed record, going -at a rate of 55 miles an hour, carrying a passenger.
