The “Daily Telegraph’s” New York correspondent says that there -are no present indications of a renewal of the reciprocity agreement between the United States and" Germany. If it lapses on the 7th February there will he a , bitter struggle, involving one hundred million sterling’s worth of trade, between the two countries. The chief obstacle is Germany’s declining to relax the prohibition of Almerican cattle.
