Messrs Williams and .Kettle will hold ail important auction of properties attheir horse bazaar at- 11.30 a.m. to-day. On account of Mr J. C. Dunlop they will offer (1) 27 feet (more or less), frontage to Lowe Street, and adjoining [Messrs Adair Bros/ premises, with building thereon and good strong-room. This lot is unlet. (2) The premises occupied by [Messrs Bennett- and Sherratt. having a frontage of 36 feet (more or less) to Lowe Street, and- 45 feet to Read’s Quay. There is a general store, also wool store and stables, on this lot. and it will be offered subject to a- lease to the present occupants. On account of Mr D. McDonald tliev will submit subdivision 3, of lot 5, Wliataupoko, i-acrc, with 7-roomed dwelling, bathroom, scullery, and convenient outbuildings. An experienced waitress is wanted for the Albion Hotel. -Mr G. Palairet advertises that his residence at Ivaiti is to be let, furnished, for six months. Mr W. Lissant Clayton advertises two five-roomed houses, one in Herbert Road and one in Cobden Street to let. The Matawliero stock sales are to bo held on Thursday next. Messrs Common. Shelton and Co., Dalgetv and Co., and Williams and Kettle advertise their present entries in this issue. The Freeland Watch Company, Box 686. Wellington, advertise particulars of the distribution of fift** sections, suitable for building -purposes, among their customers. [Messrs Adair Bros, have a special notification in-this issue calling the attention of the, public to their tailor- £ made- “ready to wear” suits. Mr I. L. Davy, Grey Street, advertises the chestnut gelding Nestorean fo r cale.
