ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION-PERMITS SENT TOO LATE. At a. meeting of the Otago centre of the New Zealand 1 Athletic Association to-night, the chairman, Mr C. E. Iveast, brought up the. matter of permits granted by the League of Wheelmen, some of which reached the! sports meetings the day after the races were run. It was resolved that the. action of the Eltham Society be supported, and that if such permits are issued the reciprocal agreement between the Association ana the League will be cancelled.
