At to-day’s University Senate, on Dr Fitchett’s motion, a return showing the number of passes and failures for each of the last ten years was ordered to be tabled. ' The following motion by the Rev. Cameron was approved and referred to the Statutes Committee. “That candidates for junior university or national scholarships; on sending in notice of their intention to sit for examination, be required to forward to the Registrar a signed certificate that they have paid some attention to physical training.” The Senate discussed the matter of making regulations for a course of B.A. and 13. Sc. degrees.
