Captain Bosworth, a member of the Knyvett Court of Inquiry, left for Wellington to-night. Oaotain Knyvett also left for Wellington. A parade of No. 1 Company, Gamson Artillery, of which Captain Knyvett had command, and which went on strike on the announcement of his dismissal, is called for Friday night, to make arrangements for the company going into camp on February 4th. (The Prime Minister, Sir Joseph: Ward, informed a ‘New Zealand Times’ reporter that he had referred the matter of the Knyvett case back to iihe Board of Inquiry for a report upon the oen point only. By that he'meant the point raised by a recent deputation as to whether the decision of the Government to dismiss Captain Knyvett was based upon an incomplete report of the proceedings. Until he had received the report now called for. he would not he in a position to make any announcement, but it could not- he long before the matter was finally dealt with, a few" days, or at most a week.l
