AN ALTERATION OF REGULATIONS.
The committee recommended that section VII. of the L.L.B. statute be repealed, and the following enacted in lieu thereof: “No candidate shall present himself for examination in law of property or property part 11. unless lie has already at previous examinations presented himself for examination in law of property (part I.), and obtained at least 60 per cent, of the minimum marks required by the examiner for a pass in that subject, and that the attention of the judges be drawn to this alteration, with a view to simile alteration being made in the regulations for the 'law professional examinations.”
