TEHERAN, Jan. 28. The Muvakkar Sultaneh, a member of the late Shah’s entourage, avlio -recently returned to Teheran from Paris, Avas arrested fo r intriguing against the Constitution. He was ordered to he hanged. The rope broke. A second rope was obtained. Muvakkar Avas subjected to blows from the butts of the sbldiers’ rifles.
