'THE NEW POLICY

(Received February 7, 9.30 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 7.
The Press Association confirms the statement that four Dreadnoughts will be laid down in 1910, but that power is to be taken to begin two others if advisable. This policy is likely ,to become a settled principle of work with the Admiralty.
