THE WEATHER
- The following is 'the Rev. D C. Bates’ summary and forecastßemarkably iw-aini and humid conditions have prevailed, with dhewery weather, especially on the west coast, south of Kawliia, with lightning inland. Strong northerly winds have prevailed and are veering to the westward. Present indications are for warm and cloudy weather generally, changeable in the north, and showery in the south. The winds will probably moderate for a time and the westerlies back to northerlies. The barometer seems to be -rising temporaily in the south, but will probably fall again in about eighteen hours.
