ARRANGEMENTS IN CHRISTCHURCH.

CHRISTCHURCH, Feb. 14. A special district order has been, issued in connection with the visit oi : Lord Kitchener to this city, providing for a- parade of the garrison on the evening of his arrival. The Highland Rifles and Garrison Band are to form a guard of honor, and the Canterbury Yeomanry Cavalry will furnish an escort. Arrangements for the review of the school cadets.by Lord Kitchener on February 22nd are in hand. The South Canterbury, contingent will arrive on Saturday evening by the express, and will go info the same night. The cadets from Ashburton, from North Canterbuy, and from the city and suburban schools, will go into camp on Monday next.
