United Press Association —Copyright
SYDNEY, Feb. ,15
Dealing with the financial agreement between the States and the Commonwealth Air Deakin declared that it would mean a gain of £2,300,000 yearly to the Commonwealth, and lift it out of its difficulties. The policy of the Government was to close the breaches, heal the wounds, and unite with the States for the welfare of Australia. The future of Australia lay in the depth and sincerity of its union and the obliteration of class prejudice and class legislation.
