The annual match between Wanganui Old Boys and Christ’s College Old Boys will be ‘ played on the Taruberu ground to-day. commencing at 10 a.m. The following are the. teams: — Wanganui College : S. E. Gillingham, G. Al. Reynolds, R. Iv. Murphy, R. R. Slierratt-, E. Monckton, R. U. Burke, R. C. Murphy, C. Sainsbury, J. Don-n-er, T. Sherratt, AY. McKenzie, H. AATiite, and) R. AVillock. Christ’s College: E. V. Palmer, J. R. Mui’phv. E. R. Murphy, A. Rattray, K. S. AVilliams, H. B. AVilliams, Hugh B. AVilliams, Robinson, A. Seymour, S. Griffiths, G. B. Smith, and Dr. J. AV. AVilliams. All old boys of both colleges are invited to attend.

[Per Press Association. ! AUCKLAND, Feb. 15. • The Plunket Shield match ended in thirty-five minutes to-day. Fisher and Rutherford' faced the attack of Haddon and Olliff. After seven runs had been added, six of which were lives, Haddon clean bowled Rutherford with a ball that beat him all the way. IsS—B—3B, Downes joined Fisher, •who raised tho total to 160 with a drive for three. Downes knocked eeven off one over from Olliff and reached double figures, pulling Haddon for four next over. Ho hesitated over one of Olliff’s deliveries, and was clean bowled. 18.1 —9 —l3. AVith the next ball Olliff bowled Beale, the innings closing for 181.

THE AUSTRALIAN TEAM. THE AUCKLAND TEAM. AUCKLAND, Feb. 15. The selectors'of the Auckland Cricket Association, Messrs C. Hay, R. Neill, and R. B. Lusk, have chosen the following team to represent Auckland in the match against the Australian team, which commences on Friday: An-t-honv. Haddon, Howden, Horspool, Olliff, Relf, Robinson (Ponsonby), Sale, Brooke-Smith (captain), Sneddon, and Taylor; reserves, Cummings and Gray. Heinus and Alason are not available.
