United Press Association —Copyright (Received February 18, 12.5 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 17. A meeting of members of the London Chamber of Commerce has recommended the formation of an AngloGerman section. Sir Albert Spicer, presiding, said that their aims were to assist in removing misunderstanding and difficulties, and to improve mutual relations generally.
