MR. JOSEPH CHAMBERLAIN.
VETERAN BRITISHER ATTENDS •HOUSE OF COMMONS.
United Press Association —Copyright LONDON, Feb. 16. Mr Chamberlain made a dramatic appearance in the House of Commons. Assisted by Iris son Austen Chamberlain and Viscount Morpeth, lie took liis seat on the front bench. On taking the oath be was loudly cheered.
The Speaker expressed the House’s gratification at liis presence ,in the Chamber.
Mr Chamberlain acknowledged the -compliment and withdrew. His departure for Cannes was delayed to enable him to appear in the Mouse of Commons.
