MEASURES.

United Press Association—Copyright

(Received February 20, 5 p.m.) PARIS, Feb. 19

France has threatened to seize the Moroccan Customs unless Mulai lHafid early ratifies the agreement between El Aliskri, his financial agent, and M. Pic’hon.

The newspaper “Le Temps’ ’ asserts that one of the Mannesmann Brothers has gone to Fez urge Mulai to resist the French claims, thus infringing the German Government’s declarations.

[Mannesmann Brothers are a German firm who obtained enormous concessions in Morocco, which were abrogated as being contrary to ,the agreement made with the Powers.]
