TPeu Pnfiss Association. | AUCKLAND, Fob. 21. Public interest in the Knyvett caseis not likely to die out. and suburban meetings are being ' organised in the meantime. Captain. Knyvett has instructed his solicitors, Messrs. Pullen, and Dawson, to institute civil proceedings against certain officers of the Defence Department, .and they have retained the. services of Mr. F. Earl in this connection. It is likely that a case for a civil action will shortly be stated.
