THE INTERNATIONAL BOARD. United Press Association —Copyright SYDNEY. Feb. 23. The New South Wales Rugby Union lias approved of the conference recommendations for representation ©n the International Board; also the method of inquiring into the conduct and the suspension of players. It was decided to take no further action to form an Australasian Board. Other proposals relating to Jaws are still under consideration.
