“Trial divorce” has made its legal debut in Indiana, Judge Richter having divorced Mr. and Mrs. William Wohole, a wealthy couple of Hammondsport, for a period of five years. The judge called it a “decree of limited divorce.” The couple may not remarry, but after five years of separation, may. if they wish, re-establish their household. Otherwise the decree can' be made absolute..
