United Peers Association— Copyright LONDON, March 3. An ox-councillor, William Young, of Kingston-on-Thames, has been sentenced to three years’ penal servitude for stealing £6OOO of the funds of a. workmen’s club building society. The books were practically unaudited for 17 years. Fiveasli, the society’s auditor, has since committed suicide.
