Sir Edward Grey, in the Bouse of Commons, replying to a question . regarding the emigration of reservists, said it was only permitted to a limited extent regarding soldiers who had completed their engagements. The Army Council would he glad if employment with the over-sea Dominion defence forces could be guaranteed for say two years.
