THE ACCUSED EXONERATED
United Press Association —Copyright (Received March 22, 7.45 p.m) SYDNEY, March 22. The. judge, in directing the jury to discharge the two accused (Dir. Fiaschi and Nurse Young), said l that in view of the second medical examination, which had discovered the supposed missing organ, the> Crown case had l utterly failed. Evidently a mistake had been made. The jury added to their verdict of not guilty a rider that there was no evidence that the operation for hemorrhoids had been unskilfully performed by Dr. Fiaschi.
