ENTERTAINMENTS.
PATHE PICTURES. A large audience attended His Majesty’s Theatre last night, . when the ••Theatre Pass” programme was put through the machine for the last time. To-night a new series is announced with, a special “star” feature. Leo Tolstoi’s fame as a writer is world wide, and the ' pictorial adaptation of his great work, “The Resurrection,” which ls the principal film to-night, should be of great interest. The picture is from the studios of the American Biograph Company. Other dramas include “A Romance of Life”, a delightful story splendidly acted. and “The Truer Love,” a capital film. A truly beautiful series is entitled “Beauty Spots of the Riviera.” This picture takes the spectator through some of the finest sights on the Continent. It is a picture to be remembered. The comic element is well supported in this programme, the best being “Was it a Snakebite,” “Detectives Fritt and Flock,” “How Jane found her husband,” “A Week’s Absence.” and a regular screamer entitled “They would Elope.” This series will be shown tonight and to-morrow, and a special programme will be given on Good Friday.
